Last week, my Samsung Tab S suddenly gone screen dead! Sent for repair but unable to recover any data, they did a LCD screen replacement and upgraded the firmware (F.O.C as under warranty). Somehow, it run better and smoother than previously! So it is both a sad (loss of data) and happy (smoother) moment! 🙂
It took 3 days to repair (Sent in on Friday, and able to collect on Tuesday)! Not bad for service!
